Rick Marshall President Rick Marshall brings a broad scope of experience in the professional placement industry, to his role as President and Co-founder of Marshall Career Service. He founded Marshall Career Service in 1982, and has celebrated over two decades of unprecedented service in the North Texas area. Under Rick’s leadership, MCS has experienced steady growth in the key areas of client retention and staff development.Rick Marshall’s reputation for success in professional development has allowed him to work closely with performance experts in the fields of business and sports. Rick speaks on a national level for associations that include the National Association of Personnel Services, the National Association of Physician Recruiters, and National Personnel Associates. He works with numerous state and local associations, as well. Annually, Rick consults with some of our industry’s top companies in the placement and staffing business. He leads workshops with our industry’s top producers including Pinnacle Society members, and also conducts training for consultants just entering the profession. Rick is actively involved in the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants holding a position on the Board of Directors and served as President for 2006-2007. |
