	Jim Ashworth Vice President, CPC As Vice President of Marshall Career Services, Jim Ashworth plays a key role in placing senior level accounting and financial professionals with Marshall’s client companies within the North Texas area. Jim received his bachelors in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Following graduation Jim went on to hold the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Southwestern Petroleum for 16 years.Jim is involved in many community activities such as Rotary International and is a board member for both Links for Leukemia and ARC (Association for Retarded Citizens). Jim also holds the position of Treasurer for the Pinnacle Society, an organization of leading recruiters in the country. Jim is regularly recognized as #1 in accounting and finance placements as well as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
	Steve Francisco Senior Consultant, CPC Steve Francisco represents his client’s best interests in Marshall’s selection process to ensure positions within their organization are filled successfully. With 17 years experience as a Senior Consultant, and a Team Leader of the Manufacturing/Operations division, Steve places the best manufacturing professionals and executives available into positions for Marshall’s select clients. Steve has served on the Board of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of APICS for the last ten years and is an active member of Leadership Fort Worth. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and has been consistently recognized as #1 in operations/manufacturing placements as well as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
	Tony Morris Senior Consultant, CPC Tony Morris partners with his clients in identifying talented employees to solve their problems. As a Senior Consultant, he helps his applicants find employment in positions that fit their personal, professional and financial goals. Tony has been recruiting since he graduated from Texas Tech with a B.S. in Agribusiness in 2001. He started recruiting with the nation’s most recognized trial consulting firm, he then recruited surgeons and placed them across the country before joining Marshall in 2005. He is married and enjoys music, golf and sports. Tony has been recognized as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
	Tom Tollison Senior Consultant, CPC As a Senior Consultant, Tom Tollison is responsible for identifying the top accounting and financial professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Tom consults the top companies and their hiring managers on their hiring and retention of potential employees. Tom earned his B. S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and previously held the position of Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he was responsible for business operations of the rental branch. Since joining Marshall in 2003, Tom has been recognized as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
	Paul Verstraete Senior Consultant, CPC Paul Verstraete takes pride in helping his clients maximize their career accomplishments by either identifying or hiring the key talent needed or to assist them in identifying a new environment needing their talents. Paul brings a wealth of experience to his role of Senior Consultant for Marshall with previous positions as a recruiter for GTE/Verizon, Vice President for Korn/Ferry International, and officer/naval aviator for the U.S. Navy. Paul is currently on the Executive Board for the Boy Scouts of America. Since joining Marshall in 2003, Paul has been recognized as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
	John Wozniewski Senior Consultant, CPC John Wozniewski, as a Senior Consultant, improves bottom lines of companies and the lives of people that work at those companies. John joined Marshall in 2005 and is the self-proclaimed Michael Jordan of operations positions, believes that bottom lines improve because of the productivity of people he places and the lives he improves because his clients and applicants effectively fit together. With a B. S. in business administration from De Paul University, John honed his consultant skills as a former Regional Manager for the nation’s largest chain of full-service car washes and quick lubes. John has been recognized as a Top Producer in the DFW area by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC).
