Rick Marshall, President of Marshall Career Service, has been re-elected President for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC). He accepts second term in leadership role.

The TAPC has membership throughout Texas, and is affiliated with the National Association of Personnel Services. Marshall Career Service has been the Dallas / Fort Worth leader in professional placements for over twenty-three years.

Marshall will serve as President for 2007 – 2008. His duties will include directing the executive committee in accomplishing the strategies set forth for the board year.

As President of TAPC, Rick Marshall will provide leadership, and extensive training and lecturing within the industry including Pinnacle Society members, various TAPC Association members, conferences, seminars and workshops, as well as consultants just entering the profession.

Mr. Marshall will also successfully conduct and manage Arbitration hearings for the industry. He serves as a resolution source for industry members and the corporate community.

As the TAPC President, Rick Marshall interacts with the Governors office and the Lieutenant Governor regarding tax policy negatively impacting the Texas business community.
