Rick Marshall, President of Marshall Career Service, has been named President for the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC).

The TAPC has membership throughout Texas, and is affiliated with the National Association of Personnel Services. Marshall Career Service has been the Dallas / Fort Worth leader in professional placements for over twenty-three years.

Marshall will serve as President for 2006 – 2007. His duties will include directing the executive committee in accomplishing the strategies set forth for the board year.
